1. Aksi Tim Mawar

Tim Mawar adalah sebuah tim kecil dari kesatuan Kopassus Grup IV. Tim ini adalah dalang dalam operasi penculikan para aktivis politik pro-demokrasi.

Kasus penculikan ini menyeret 11 anggota tim ke pengadilan mahkamah militer (Mahmil) II pada bulan April 1999. Saat itu Mahmil II Jakarta diketuai Kolonel CHK Susanto memutus perkara nomor PUT.25-16/K-AD/MMT-II/IV/1999. Hasilnya Mahmil memvonis Mayor Infantri Bambang Kristiono (Komandan Tim Mawar) kurungan 22 bulan penjara dan memecatnya sebagai anggota TNI.

Pengadilan juga memvonis Kapten Infantri Fausani Syahrial Multhazar (Wakil Komandan Tim Mawar), Kapten Infantri Nugroho Sulistiyo Budi, Kapten Infantri Yulius Selvanus dan Kapten Infantri Untung Budi Harto, masing-masing 20 bulan penjara dan memecat mereka sebagai anggota TNI.

Sedangkan 6 prajurit lain dihukum penjara tetapi tidak dikenai sanksi pemecatan sebagai anggota TNI. Mereka itu adalah Kapten Infantri Dadang Hendra Yuda, Kapten Infantri Djaka Budi Utama, Kapten Infantri Fauka Noor Farid masing-masing dipenjara 1 tahun dan 4 bulan.

Sementara Serka Sunaryo, Serka Sigit Sugianto dan Sertu Sukadi hanya dikenai hukuman penjara 1 tahun. Menurut pengakuan Komandan Tim Mawar, Mayor Bambang Kristiono di sidang Mahkamah Militer, seluruh kegiatan penculikan aktivis itu dilaporkan kepada komandan grup, yakni Kolonel Chairawan. Tetapi sang komandan tidak pernah diajukan ke pengadilan.

Sementara itu tanggung jawab komando diberlakukan kepada para Perwira pemegang komando. Dewan Kehormatan Perwira telah memberikan rekomendasi kepada Pimpinan ABRI. Atas dasar rekomendasi itu Pangab menjatuhkan hukuman terhadap mantan Danjen Kopassus Letjen TNI (Purn) Prabowo Subianto berupa pengakhiran masa dinas TNI (Pensiun).

Pejabat lain yang dipensiunkan adalah Danjen Kopassus Mayjen TNI Muchdi PR. Serta Group 4 Kolonel Infantri Chairawan berupa pembebasan tugas dari jabatannya karena tidak mampu mengetahui segala kegiatan bawahannya.

2. Bentrok Kopassus Vs Pasukan Front Hisbullah di Banten

Peristiwa bentrok ini berawal dari sebuah hajatan dengan hiburan dangdut jaipong di Desa Petir, Serang, Banten pada tahun 2000. Ratusan anggota Front Hizbullah (FH) meminta Muhammad, tuan rumah, agar menghentikan acara itu.

Tapi tuan rumah dibekingi Pratu Enjat Supriatna, seorang anggota Kopassus menolak. Ketegangan memuncak ketika Enjat melepaskan dua kali tembakan ke udara, dan melukai kening anggota FH.

Salah satu anggota FH langsung berkelahi dengan Enjat. Dalam perkelahian itu anggota Kopassus tewas. Insiden berdarah malam itu berbuntut. Bengkel mobil Srimaju yang berlokasi di Serang, diobrak-abrik beberapa orang pria bertubuh kekar.

Hari berikutnya pimpinan FH, Haji Cecep tewas diberondong timah panas di jalanan. Diduga aksi itu sebagai bentuk balas dendam kematian Enjat.

3. Bentrok Kopassus Vs TNI AU 1999

Grup 2 Kopassus Karangmenjangan, Kartosuro, Solo pernah terlibat bentrok dengan TNI Angkatan Udara pada 23 Agustus 1999. Diawali dari perkelahian antara anggota di Kafe 2000 Jalan Slamet Riyadi, yang terkenal sebagai tempat tongkrongan anggota Kopassus maupun TNI AU.

Perkelahian itu berakibat tertusuknya bokong seorang anggota TNI AU. Hal ini membuat marah anggota kawan mereka. Esoknya tersebar berita hingga ke Lanud Iswahyudi, Madiun, Jatim. Begitupun di markas Kopassus tersebar cerita anggota Kopassus tertusuk anggota TNI AU.

Akibatnya terbanglah dua jet tempur F-16, Fighting Falcon dari Tim Aerobik Elang Biru, Skuadron 3 Lanud Iswahyudi menuju ke Kandang Menjangan. Beberapa saksi mata menceritakan, desingan suara F-16 itu begitu memekakkan telinga dan terbang rendah sekali.

Beberapa manuver yang dilakukan dengan sangat rendah menyulut kegusaran anggota Grup 2 Kopassus di Kandang Menjangan. Namun aksi itu cepat dicegah sebelum berlanjut ke bentrokan.

4. Penyerangan Kopassus ke Lapas Cebongan

Peristiwa ini terjadi 23 Maret 2013 lalu. Sebelas orang menyerang Lapas Cebongan, Sleman Yogyakarta, lantas membunuh 4 tahanan yang dititipkan di Lapas. Diduga penyerang adalah anggota Kopassus yang membalas dendam atas tewasnya kawan mereka setelah dibunuh empat napi itu.

Benar saja. Tim investigasi yang dibentuk Mabes TNI AD menyampaikan hasil penyelidikan terhadap kasus penembakan 4 tahanan itu. Mereka mengakui pelaku penembakan adalah anggota Group 2 Kopassus Karangmenjangan, Kartosuro.

Dalam jumpa pers di Dinas Penerangan TNI AD, Kamis (4/4), Ketua Tim Investigasi Brigjen Unggul K Yudhoyono menjelaskan, penyelidikan dilakukan sejak 29 Maret lalu. Hasilnya, para pelaku adalah rekan-rekan Serka Heru Santoso yang tewas dalam perkelahian di Hugo’s Cafe.

Unggul juga menjelaskan, peristiwa penyerangan itu terkait dengan pembunuhan anggota Kopassus Serka Heru Santoso pada 19 Maret 2013 dan peristiwa pembacokan terhadap mantan anggota Kopassus Sertu Sriyono pada 23 maret oleh para korban.

Empat tahanan yang tewas tertembak adalah Hendrik Angel Sahetapy alias Deki, Adrianus Candra Galaja, Yohanis Juan Manbait, dan Gameliel Yermiyanto, yang salah satunya desertir polisi.

5. Bentrok Kopassus vs TNI di Solobaru 2015

Empat anggota TNI AU menjadi korban pengeroyokan di Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah pada Minggu (31/5) malam di Kafe Bimo Solobaru, Sukoharjo Jawa Tengah. Salah satu di antaranya meninggal dunia. TNI AU menyebut pelaku pengeroyokan adalah 25 anggota Kopassus.

Korban meninggal adalah Serma Zulkifli, anggota Bintara Sarban Dislog Derma Mabes AU. Seorang korban lainnya bernama Pelda Teguh Prasetyo saat ini masih dirawat di RSUP Hardjolukito Yogyakarta. Sedangkan dua orang lainnya berada di Solo.

Keempat korban baru saja berpisah dari rombongan anggota TNI AU lainnya. Setelah menghadiri ‎acara reuni Sekolah Bintara (Smaba) angkatan ke 96 Lanud Adi Soemarmo Solo.
